Help! My IMAP Client Can't Connect or I Can't Recieve Mail

If you are using an IMAP Client and can't connect or receive mail use the following checklist:

1) Make sure you are using your full username. I.e. if you are joe@domain.com, your username is probably joe###.

2) Make sure you DO NOT have "Secure Password" enabled. This is different than SSL, which SHOULD be enabled.

3) Try disabling SSL. Sometimes firewalls or antivirus software can interfere with SSL. Disabling SSL will help you isolate that as a cause.

4) Make sure you have set the protocol to IMAP NOT POP.

5) Make sure you are connecting to mail.terabolic.com as your incoming mail server.

6) Try resetting your password at:

https://secure.terabolic.com/admin/getpassword/

7) Try deleting the account from your mail client (software) and readding it exactly following the turorials found here.
