Why do I need to have a "spam" folder?
Why do I need to have a "spam" folder?
We filter
spam
into the "
spam
" folder rather than delete these messages automatically in case a rare message is mistakenly marked as
spam
. Although this happens in less than 1 in 100,000 messages, we would like to err on the side of safety.
