Confirm that you have a folder titled "
spam" in your folder list. Additionally, check that your account is set to use this folder by clicking on the "Options" icon in webmail and then clicking on the "anti-
spam settings" link. It should say that "Mail tagged as
spam" is being filtered into your "
spam" folder.
You can also try changing your spam control tolerance if you find that too much spam is getting through. Please go to the article titled How do I modify my spam control settings? for further instructions.
Most importantly, to reduce spam in your account, make sure to train the anti-spam system by dropping spams not caught by the system into your "spam-notcaught" folder.
Please note that we do not share your address with anyone under any circumstances. Most spam is a result of sharing one's email address with various websites, posting to newsgroups, or listing one's address on a website.
