Click on the "Options" account in webmail and click on the "Filters" link. Click "Edit filter rules" and you can add a filter blocking e-mails from a certain domain by entering @domain.com, for example (Substitute domain.com with the actual domain you want to blacklist). After you create the filter rule, click "Apply all filters."
