Your account is automatically renewed annually as outlined in our Terms of Agreement (https://secure.terabolic.com/signup/userAgreement.php). The auto-renewal system is in place to reduce the burden on users and prevent interruptions in their service. If your credit card information becomes invalid, the system will prompt you to update your information when it is time to renew.

If you wish to change your billing information, login to webmail, click the 'Account' tab, and select 'Disable Auto-Renewing'. This will cause the system to prompt you to renew with new billing information when your service period expires. The same method can be used if you simply do not with to be automatically renewed yearly.
