In order for our system to handle mail for a
domain name (i.e. yourname.com) the
domain name's
MX (or mail) records need to point to our mail servers. The
MX records tell the world that email sent to your
domain name is handled by our servers.
To set this up please contact your DNS provider (if you don't know what this is, mostly like its your domain name registrar) and ask them to add the following DNS MX records:
10 IN MX mx.terabolic.com
10 IN MX mx2.terabolic.com
Once your DNS provider has made the changes, it will likely take 24-48 hours for the changes to propagate globally.
At any time you can confirm that a domain name is setup correctly and ready for use by logging in to our group admin site (the address was provided to you when you signed up for the group account) and clicking "domains". If you don't see the domain listed, add it using the form on that page. If the text "MX NOT SET" is shown, it means that either the MX records are not set correct with your registrar, or the changes have not fully propagated. If you see the domain listed with the text "MX SET" you are ready to go and can start creating email account and lists for your domain name.
If you have any problems whatsoever, please don't hesitate to let contact our support team using the link at the top of the page.
