How do I add aliases for an e-mail address using a group account?

Aliases/Lists for group domains are centrally managed using the "Group Admin." When you signed up for the group account, you received a group admin URL, a group account username, and a group account password. Please use this group admin information to make your changes.

article We recently moved our group email over to Terabolic's Group Email System. We have our group email account completely setup and one domain (example.com) setup to be used with the Terabolic system. We've made the necessary MX changes in DNS for the domain and just about all mail now sent to addresses@example.com end up where they should—in our Terabolic accounts. However, a few messages are still ending up at our old email provider or aren't making it anywhere at all. What should we do?
