I received a warning saying that my quota is full. How do I fix this?

To reduce the amount of space that you use, we suggest that you:
  1. Make sure you are "purge deleting" your deleted messages.
  2. See if you have any messages with attachments and consider deleting those. Attachments are often several megabytes each, which would use up a significant amount of your quota.
  3. Remember that mail in your folders also counts towards your quota total.
  4. Note that the first screen may not display all your messages. If there are arrows on the top and bottom of the message listing, this indicates that there is more than one page of mail.
