Spam control setting determine how aggressively the anti-
spam system filters mail.
After logging into webmail, click on the "Options" icon and then click on the link for “anti-spam settings.” Decreasing the tolerance will increase the amount of spam caught by the system. However, please be aware that the lower the tolerance, the more likely it is that a message will be mistakenly marked as spam as well. In general a setting of "6" results in a very effective catch rate, with a low false-positive rate.
If you find that e-mails from a trusted source are being filtered as “spam,” you can add them to your “whitelist,” which is also located in “anti-spam settings.” Please also report any missed spams, or mistakenly classified spams in order to train the system and increase its effectiveness.
